Olivia joined Damhurst with the remit to strengthen and enhance the quality of the client experience we provide.
Since starting her career in insurance Executive Search in 2011, Olivia has worked with a number of the industry’s preeminent and dynamic leadership teams. Her application, care, and passion for what she does has meant many clients have come to value her guidance and support throughout the Search cycle.
Her track record includes executive and non-executive board appointments and senior key hires on both the functional and product sides of the business.
Clients have ranged from global (re)insurers and Lloyd’s market carriers to global brokers. She has executed and delivered on assignments across a range of geographies, including within the London market, across Continental Europe, and South-East Asia.
On a personal level...
Outside of work, Olivia lives in west London with her husband and son. When time permits, she likes to escape up to the Scottish Borders, where she grew up. She enjoys travel, is an avid reader and, on a summer’s day, she can be found either watching or playing the odd game of tennis.
