Jennifer brings extensive experience in operations, project leadership and organisational development, with a strong track record of driving efficiency, improving ways of working and implementing scalable processes. She is passionate about creating the structure, support and environment that enable teams to perform at their best.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked across a variety of business functions, leading complex projects, managing stakeholder relationships and introducing operational improvements that have delivered measurable results. Jennifer lives in Hertfordshire with her husband, two young children, a cat, an energetic Border Collie and a blind Cocker Spaniel. Outside of work, she can usually be found juggling a busy family schedule, enjoying cross-country running and indulging her love of baking. She is also a lifelong Star Trek fan and enjoys escaping into the world of science fiction whenever time allows.
