As a Consultant at Damhurst, Holly supports clients across the global (re)insurance market on senior appointments at board, executive and leadership level, helping clients identify and assess talent for critical leadership roles.
Prior to joining Damhurst, Holly spent a decade working across executive search and the insurance industry, most recently as Associate Director at Teneo People Advisory, where she advised on board and C-suite appointments across the Life & Pensions, General Insurance, and Lloyd’s and London markets. Her experience spans CEO succession, Chair and Non-Executive Director appointments, as well as broader leadership advisory mandates.
Having combined a career in search with time spent as a broker, Holly brings both market insight and first-hand industry experience to her work. She is particularly interested in helping clients identify leaders who can navigate complexity, drive performance, and shape culture.
A practising psychotherapist alongside her search career, Holly brings an additional perspective to assessment and leadership evaluation, with a focus on understanding motivation, behaviour and organisational fit.
