Chris has been a Senior Advisor to Damhurst since retiring from Willis Re in 2017. His 40 year career, extensive market experience, strategic mindset and global network have been a great support to Damhurst and its Directors over the years. He is currently Non Executive Director to a number insurance companies, a Lloyd’s Syndicate and several MGA’s. Prior to his plural career Chris worked at Willis for nearly 40 years and was CEO of Willis Marine, CEO of Willis Re Specialty and Deputy Chairman of Willis Re.
Chris now leads CNC8298 Consulting Limited, a London and US based consulting proposition that specialises in providing strategic advice and guidance to (Re)insurance businesses in the non-life markets . This relationship is highly useful to Damhurst’s clients and partners in providing insight and broader context to the global insurance, reinsurance and ILS markets.
