Lisa is currently Head of International HR at The Hartford, where she is a member of the international executive group and helps to lead the strategic direction of the international business from a people and culture perspective. Prior to the acquisition of the Navigators Group by The Hartford in 2019, Lisa was Head of International HR at the Navigators Group. Post acquisition, Lisa was integral to the transition and embedding of the Navigators business into The Hartford business. Lisa is known for her empathetic approach, her shrewd reading of people, and her belief that embedding the right culture in an organisation can demonstrably improve the businesses outcomes.
