Bio
Rhiannon heads up the leadership practice at Damhurst, supporting clients and candidates to develop their leadership potential, whether through coaching, team development, or broader leadership interventions.
Rhiannon’s passion for leadership and culture was sparked during a 15-year career at Barclays, where she held a range of commercial and operational leadership roles. These culminated in her leading a major regulatory programme, which allowed her to drive cultural change from within.
Rhiannon then moved into consulting and people development, and for the past decade has worked in-house and independently with organisations across insurance, financial services and beyond.
Rhiannon brings a wealth of experience to client engagements at Damhurst. She is highly regarded for her pragmatic approach, her ability to translate leadership and cultural theory into practice, and for tailoring solutions that create real impact. She has worked with leaders at every level – individually, as teams, and across whole organisations – to shift behaviours, embed culture, and deliver transformation in support of commercial goals.
On a personal level...
Rhiannon lives in Kent with her husband, three children and their energetic cocker spaniel. At the weekend, she can usually be found on a long stomp with the dog or at the side of a rugby or hockey pitch, cheering just a bit too loudly.
