Fabrice is currently the group CRO at Hiscox, at FTSE 100 specialist insurer, where he has already made a major impact since joining in late 2023. A two-time insurance ERM CRO of the Year, Fabrice brings over two decades of global experience in risk and actuarial leadership, across the UK, US and international markets.

Prior to Hiscox, Fabrice spent 12 years at AIG, ultimately serving as CRO for international GI and leading risk functions across 80 countries outside the US. He also held board roles within AIG and was a key player in the company’s solvency II, Brexit, and group capital model strategies.

Earlier in his career, Fabrice rose to Chief Actuary at AXA insurance UK, following nearly a decade there. Since taking on the CRO role at Hiscox, Fabrice has elevated the group’s risk maturity, deepened its risk culture and championed innovation in areas such as AI and systemic risk. Fabrice leads a 40 strong global team, is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, and continues to mentor talent both within and beyond the business.
