As a Consultant on the Damhurst team, Meera is responsible for delivering a client mandate from start to finish.
Prior to joining us, Meera had 8 years of experience leading recruitment functions within the insurance market. Her specialism sits within the Operations, Change and Technology sectors.
Meera is best described as outgoing, calm and highly considerate. She is people orientated, strong at building genuine relationships and very inquisitive. She is motivated by her personal achievements, and those of her team, and she loves a challenge.
On a personal level...
Meera lives in Ruislip, West London, with her husband and daughter. Travelling is one of her passions, and some of her favourite adventures have been had on trips to South Africa and Iceland.
